Legal advice

Before a single listing goes live, we check that your property can be let to tourists and meets every requirement. It's the step that prevents the most problems.

What's included

  • A review of the property's situation: planning, municipal rules and the owners' association bylaws.
  • The requirements of the Andalusian decree on tourist homes: equipment, air conditioning, complaint forms, first-aid kit and everything else it demands.
  • Registration in the Andalusian Tourism Register, with the registration number shown in every listing.
  • Registration of every stay's guests with the Ministry of the Interior, as the law requires.
  • Measures to avoid the risk of illegal occupation.

You: Provide the property's documents and, if needed, your owners' association's approval.

  • A proposal for furniture, decoration and layout designed around the guest.
  • Equipment: kitchen, bed and bath linen, and the small touches that show in reviews.
  • Preparing the listing: photos and description of the property.

You: Decide which proposals to accept and how much to invest.

Frequently asked questions

What do I need to rent my property to tourists?

In Andalusia, the property has to be entered in the Andalusian Tourism Register and meet the requirements of the decree on tourist homes; your owners' association may also have a say. We advise you through the whole process and explain it in our regulations guide.

How much does management cost?

It depends on the property and the services you need. We explain it in detail in our proposal, after the free assessment and the visit, with no obligation.

Can I still use my property?

Yes. You decide when you want to use it, for your holidays or for works or maintenance; just let us know and we'll block those dates.

How do I know what my property has earned?

Every month we send you a report with the stays, the price paid by guests, the costs and the profit.

Who looks after guests and cleans the property?

We do: we look after guests, handle check-in, check-out and guest registration, and our vetted staff clean and check the property between stays.

Which areas do you cover?

Today we manage properties in Málaga city, mostly in the centre. If your property is elsewhere, get in touch and we'll take a look.

Ask for a free assessment

Tell us about your property and we'll send you, with no obligation, an estimate of what it could earn as a holiday let and what it would take to get started.
