Price and payment

The full amount of the stay is charged when you confirm the booking, by card, on Stripe's secure payment page. It is the final price of the stay (accommodation and cleaning, taxes included).

Before paying you see the breakdown: accommodation, cleaning and any supplements or discounts. The price is worked out by our booking system at that moment and checked again just before you go to the payment page.

Cancellation

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 30 calendar days before the arrival date (until 23:59, Madrid time, on that day). We refund 100% of what you paid, to the same payment method.

If you cancel less than 30 days before arrival, there is no refund. There is also no refund for no-shows or for leaving before the departure date.

If you book less than 30 days before arrival, the booking cannot be cancelled free of charge from the start: this is shown before you pay.

To cancel, email info@dossanapartments.com or message us on WhatsApp with your booking number. The date of your message is the one that counts. We issue the refund within 14 days at most; your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Changing dates depends on availability and is handled as a cancellation and a new booking, under the same rules.

Accommodation bookings for specific dates carry no right of withdrawal (Article 103(l) of the Spanish consumer protection law): this cancellation policy applies instead.

Check-in, check-out and rules

Check-in from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00.

Receipt and invoice

This receipt confirms your booking and payment. It is not an invoice. If you need an invoice (for example, in a company name), email info@dossanapartments.com with your billing details.

Personal data

We use your data to manage your booking and stay, including the guest registration required by law. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. More information in our privacy policy.
